I belong to the very backward Union Council of Nara in Tehsil Havelian of Abbottabad District
I got my education from my native place
Seeing poverty and underprivileged people in my area since childhood
By the grace of Allah, I was thinking that I have to do something for my poor people
Then I went to Rawalpindi in 1998. Along with work, I used to go to the people of my area and gather them to do something for the problems of the area and the poor people, but because of my young age, people did not trust and did not support me.
Then I came to know that a large number of people from our area are living in Karachi
Then I went to Karachi in 1999
On March 18, 2000, my father and younger brother were sent to jail on false murder charges.
Then I came back from Karachi, now jail and cases, household expenses and all the responsibilities of the community fell on my head
Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah Almighty, I stayed at home for some time and then had to leave for work and came to Rawalpindi
In Rawalpindi
I got two friends like brothers one Akhlaq Ahmed and the other Anwar Qureshi. They had a marketing business I started working with them as a salesman.
Along with Tick Shop of Holy Family Hospital, Canteen of Sterle Hospital and Canteen of Islamabad Complex and Tuck Shop of Fuji Foundation Hospital, we set up a juice plant in Satellite Town which did not succeed, Built a chicken shop in Dheri Hasanabad and then I built a hotel named Sardar Palao House in Islamabad I8 Market. Alhamdulillah, Allah SW gave great achievements
Along with them, I tried day and night to help the poor people of my village and to end the backwardness and help deserving households individually. Meanwhile, I started an organization but could not succeed due to business commitments

Then in June 2009 I came to Saudi Arabia
From 2010 to 2012, I sent visas to my family and 60 people from the area who, Alhamdulillah, are supporting their families.
At the same time, I helped the deserving people of the area by collecting money from my friends in every field and at the same time, there were many people in Saudi Arabia who were stuck in many problems and had no one to help them as much as they could. As soon as people found out about me, they read the demand. I thought why not create an organization and involve all the people and work on a large scale then Alhamdulillah
In October 2013
in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I started the Help Foundation, the manifesto of which was to help the poor, orphans, disabled and destitute people in Pakistan selflessly in every field.
And in Saudi Arabia the release of innocent prisoners, the treatment of deserving and forced people who are disabled or suffering from infectious diseases in accidents and the death of unemployed people and their close relatives. In case of death of someone in Saudi Arabia, take the tickets and clear all the documents. Dead bodies were to be sent to Pakistan residents.
Praise be to Allah, Allah SW gave great success and did large-scale works, but kept all these works secret without public whistle.
Then in 2017, Allah Almighty gave me some sincere friends whose tireless efforts day and night helped the Pakistan Help Foundation from Hazara Division to Rawalpindi and various areas of Punjab.

From 2017,I proper started uploading their work on Help Foundation’s Facebook page.
When the virus came to Saudi Arabia, many people got unemployed, people did not have anything to eat
Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah Almighty and the support of friends, the Help Foundation actively helped people in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Seeing the helplessness of the people of different provinces of Pakistan in Saudi Arabia, I made this commitment. Here in Saudi Arabia, Pakistanis should have a platform that will help their Pakistanis in any difficulty beyond politics, nationality, regionalism, linguistics and sectarianism.
Then, Alhamdulillah, on September 2020, the district branch of Help Foundation will be over series for the brothers Pak Over Seas Help Forum founded in which now more than 1000 people speaking every language from every city and nation of Pakistan have taken membership and benefited countless people and also every year teams go to Makkah to form Hajj Volunteer Group. The throne serves pilgrims
Alhamdulillah Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia Haj Volunteer Group, Doctors Forum and various organizations and tribes will give shields.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of all the friends involved in this caravan of Help Foundation, the work that has been done so far.
Here are their details
The work done by HELP Foundation so far,
By far the least of them:

(1) 206 orphans and poor girls were supported in marriages.
(2) The education of 96 orphans and poor and deserving boys and girls is being fully managed. And the children of different Madrasahs are given clothes, shoes and complete equipment and special cooperation is done with scholars
(3) Countless poor and deserving families are delivered monthly ration to their homes
And they are increasing day by day
(4) As always, more than 1000 deserving houses are given Ramadan package in the month of Ramadan (this year it will increase).
(5) Iftar is organized for travelers and laborers in different cities every year
(6) Last several years continuously
Eid packages are given to deserving families and Eid gifts to orphans on Chhoti Eid
(7) On the occasions of Eid-ul-Adha, collective sacrifices were organized at several places and meat was delivered to the deserving people at their homes.
(8) Millions of rupees have been contributed for the treatment of 680 major patients so far.
(9) Help Foundation organized (92) free eye camps and medical camps in which thousands of people were given free check-ups, free medicines, free spectacles and free operations.
(10) Water schemes with hand pumps installed in 8 mosques (and many mosques and madrasas were financially supported for construction and repair).
(11) 18 Employment Schemes were given under “Provision of Employment Scheme”.
(8) Small grocery stores have been built and stocked for disabled people
(5) Motorcycles were given to disabled persons
(5) Vocational Centers were opened in different areas and sewing machines were provided to many widows and poor women.
(12) Tricycles with wheelchairs and commode wheelchairs were delivered to 198 disabled persons.
(13) At the time of death of poor and destitute persons, shrouds have been placed in various mosques for the convenience of their burial, so that in case of death of such a person, burial arrangements should be made immediately.
(14) In winter, warm clothes, coats, jackets, sweaters, blankets, shoes are distributed to deserving families in cold mountainous areas.
(15) Every year on 14th August, plantation drive is started and thousands of saplings are planted
(16) Once in a year cleanliness is certified under Clean Pakistan programme
(17) Release of prisoners in Saudi Arabia, treatment and repatriation of destitute patients and repatriation of dead bodies and tickets.
8 lakh 20 thousand rials was supported.
(18) Caring for the handicapped and the orphans and the poor. And conducting marriages
(19) Establishment of blood donor societies across the country and emergency blood supply for patients. And blood camps are being organized for the children of Thela Semiya
(20) Ration was delivered to more than 1000 families affected by corona virus
Thousands of masks, head sanitizers, gels were distributed
And 200 mosques were sprayed with sanitizers
(21) In the recent floods, 10 trucks of goods and 3 million rupees in cash have been distributed in various affected areas of Pakistan.
Alhamdulillah, all this is happening with the grace of Allah Almighty and the support of benefactors, and God willing, it will continue till death.
