Malik Usama Shafiq is a philanthropist who has become CEO of Help Foundation Rawalpindi in 2017. A social worker with tenderness towards suffering humanity, he feels pride in introducing himself as “a servant of humanity”. The grains of compassion for people in pathetic conditions were deeply ingrained in his heart from childhood. From a very young age, the sight of people in misery provided a tug at his heartstrings. In addition to it, he is an acclaimed athlete, widely renowned by the sports name of “Malik Usama Bolt”. Originally belonged to the village, Saidpur which is located within the premises of the city of Chakwal. This man with a golden heart and roaring strength like a horse was born in the metropolis of Karachi on 24th May 1996. After spending the first decade of his life in that city, he moved to Rawalpindi in 2006. From the early years of his life, he was zealous, passionate, and determined. In 2012, his courage, intrepidity, and agility gave him the impetus to commence his booming career as an athlete. Consistency, a persistent attitude towards his goals, and the ability to thrive in troubled circumstances are the traits possessed by this man which lead him to countless achievements. Being a 100m sprinter, he touches the greater heights of success by giving a recorder-breaking performance in 2015. He recorded a stunning time of 10.89 seconds and due to his lightning speed achieved this impressive feat. He had triumphed in earning the title of “The Fastest Boy of Twin Cities”. By bringing into light his academic performance, he flourished and remained a shining star in this aspect of life as well. He is a graduate of the University of Punjab which is one of the most reputable institutions in Pakistan. Excellent communication skills, eloquence to articulate his beliefs, and propensity to influence others through his knowledge, made him fling into the noble profession of teaching. He began to teach at the young age of 18 and was privileged as a teacher trainer. In 2017, the painted version of helping suffering humanity in his mind transformed into reality when he joined the Help Foundation Rawalpindi as CEO. The raging river of love for mankind overflowed and burst out in the form of a fountain when he pitch himself in the Thalassemia Free Pakistan Campaign in 2019. He has conducted various blood donation camps in different regions of Pakistan. Furthermore, this versatile man expresses prowess in Public Relations. Having outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, he is an experienced PR professional. Effective time management, adeptness, and maintaining fruitful social connections are the potential skills that could be associated with him. Owing to these capabilities, lately, he is designated as the "Youth Governor of Twin Cities” in Volunteer Force Pakistan, a not-for-profit youth organization, where he performs his duties by working on the motive of the organization to empower youth and preparing them for the betterment of society. Besides that, he has also been awarded more than 50 certificates which are the benchmark of his leadership skills, vast knowledge, and altruistic efforts. Moreover, he is certified by IOSH for taking the course on health and safety at the workplace. He has a keen interest in history and current affairs and currently, by creating intriguing videos on YouTube, he disseminates information to the wider public. In no uncertain terms, he is the cream of the crop who employs his multifarious skills and devotes himself to the service of humanity.
